On Sunday, April 29, the U.S.S. Gallifrey NCC-81631, the International Federation of Trekkers, and the Guardians of the Space Frontier are hosting a fundraising event called Making Magic for Life. This event is being held at the Lorain County Community College located at 1005 North Abbe Road in Elyria. This event will be taking place between 12 pm and 7 pm.
Spring Fling Steak Fry to raise funds

On Saturday, April 21st, 2012, St. Mary Hall Committee will be hosting a fundraising Spring Fling Steak Fry at St. Marys Church located at 320 Middle Avenue in Elyria, Ohio. This planned Spring Fling Steak Fry will run from 5:30pm until midnight.
Warm up in downtown Elyria this April

On Saturday, April 28th, 2012 from 6:30 pm until 9 pm, downtown will be alive with this years annual Warm up with the Pops live concert. Each year Elyria hosts a live concert fundraiser to support the Cleveland Pops Orchestra, which performs downtown live on Labor Day weekend.
Cancer Fundraiser Miss Magic Beauty Pageant

On Thursday, March 15, 2012 the 21 annual making magic for life Miss Magic Beauty Pagent cancer benefit will be held at the Lorain County Community College located at 1005 Abbe Road, Elyria, Ohio. This event is being sponsored by the U.S.S. Gallifrey NCC-91631, which is a chapter of the International Federation of Trekkers, and the L.C.C.C. Office for Student Life.
